The Stash EP was Bicep’s second major outing on Will Saul’s Aus Music and served as a definitive showcase of their “analog-house” period. Moving away from the raw disco edits of their early blog days, this EP found the duo diving deep into hardware-driven grooves, utilizing thick basslines and dusty drum machine patterns. The title track, “Stash,” became an immediate underground favorite for its infectious, rolling energy, while the rest of the EP explored a mix of garage-flecked house and emotive synth work that would become their signature.
